What is CLAT?CLAT is the Common Law Admission Test that is conducted by the NLU (National Law University) in order to pick the most appropriate candidate that can enter the legal system of the country after taking the respective degrees in the Law stream.
After taking the tutorials, students apply for CLAT which let them gain entry into the undergraduate or post-graduate courses in the respective law universities from wherein they emerged as the professionals ready to become law executive.
Eligibility Criteria: UG Courses:- Age: Minimum age for applicant is 20 years. For SC/ST, it's 22 years.
- Educational requirement: Student must have passed 12th class or carry equivalent degree with 45% marks. For SC/ST, pass percentage is 40%.
- Age: No upper age limit is directed.
- Educational requirement: LLB degree or equivalent degree with 55% minimum marks. For SC/ST, pass percentage is 50%.
